Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lounge operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Supervise and coordinate bar staff, including bartenders and floor attendants
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Manage inventory, stock control, and supply ordering
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Support staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Drive sales through excellent service and upselling strategies

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, lounge, or hospitality management role
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and customer service ability
• Good knowledge of beverages, bar operations, and service standards
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
