A vibrant and stylish bar lounge is looking for a confident and experienced Lounge Manager to lead daily operations, elevate guest experience, and inspire a high-performing hospitality team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively nightlife setting and knows how to balance service excellence with smooth operational control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lounge and bar operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Lead, train, and motivate bar staff, waiters, and support teams
• Ensure guests receive a premium and memorable experience at all times
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly
• Monitor hygiene, safety, and compliance with bar standards
• Create and maintain a welcoming and energetic lounge atmosphere
• Work closely with owners or senior management on promotions and events

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bar, lounge, or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Good understanding of bar operations, drinks service, and stock control
• Ability to work under pressure during busy night shifts
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic financial awareness (cash handling and reporting)
