We are looking for a confident and hands-on Lounge Manager to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant bar lounge. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a keen eye for service excellence, and the ability to create an inviting atmosphere where guests feel relaxed and well taken care of. This role requires someone who can balance people management, customer experience, and operational efficiency while maintaining high standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate lounge staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a welcoming and engaging environment for guests
• Monitor service quality and address guest feedback promptly
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with operational standards
• Train, mentor, and support team members to deliver consistent service
• Handle scheduling, shift planning, and staff performance management
• Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and service improvements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar, lounge, or hospitality setting
