Job Description

Our team takes pride in maintaining polished public spaces and providing attentive service from the moment guests arrive. We are seeking a dependable Lobby Attendant to help keep the hotel lobby clean, presentable, and inviting while offering friendly assistance to guests and supporting the smooth operation of the front-of-house area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, order, and appearance of the hotel lobby and surrounding public areas.
• Clean and replenish guest-facing areas, including seating spaces, entrances, and service points.
• Assist guests with basic directions, information, and general requests when needed.
• Monitor the lobby and promptly report maintenance issues, spills, damage, or safety concerns.
• Arrange furniture and public areas to maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Support housekeeping and front desk teams with guest service tasks when required.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and according to hotel procedures.
• Follow established health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, cleaning, or guest service environment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation, and detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain courteous, calm, and helpful in a busy hotel environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and perform routine cleaning duties for extended periods.
• A professional appearance and positive attitude toward guest service.
