Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Line Cook to join a fast-paced restaurant kitchen where teamwork, timing, and attention to detail make all the difference. If you enjoy working with food, staying organized under pressure, and being part of a busy kitchen service, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Set up and stock assigned stations with all necessary ingredients and tools
- Maintain speed and consistency during service hours
- Ensure proper food presentation before dishes are sent out
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist with cleaning and organizing kitchen equipment and work areas
- Work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role is an advantage
- Basic understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions precisely
