A busy, vibrant restaurant is looking for a reliable and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where timing, taste, and teamwork matter, this could be your next great step.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards
• Working efficiently across different kitchen stations (grill, fry, sauté, etc.)
• Ensuring food is plated correctly and served on time
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your workstation
• Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Coordinating with chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role
• Strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Willingness to learn and adapt to menu changes
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle kitchen demands
