Laundry Supervisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry activities, maintain quality standards, and lead a dedicated team. If you are experienced in laundry operations and enjoy managing people while maintaining exceptional standards, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the hotel laundry department.
• Schedule and coordinate staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Inspect washed, dried, and pressed linens for cleanliness and quality.
• Monitor the proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment.
• Ensure detergents, chemicals, and supplies are used safely and efficiently.
• Train, mentor, and support laundry team members.
• Maintain inventory of linens, uniforms, and laundry supplies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet linen requirements.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the laundry facility.
• Prepare operational reports and address equipment or quality issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising a commercial or hotel laundry operation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of laundry equipment, fabric care, and stain removal techniques.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet operational deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and chemical handling.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
