Job Description

We are looking for a talented Latte Art Specialist to join our coffee shop team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing consistently exceptional beverages while adding creativity and precision to every cup served.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based beverages to a consistently high standard.
• Create a variety of professional latte art designs with precision and consistency.
• Steam and texture milk to achieve optimal quality for different beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee equipment and workstations.
• Monitor coffee bean freshness, milk quality, and beverage ingredients.
• Deliver excellent customer service while handling orders efficiently.
• Support the training of team members on beverage preparation and latte art techniques.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Assist with inventory checks and report stock shortages when necessary.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal drinks and specialty coffee offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing specialty coffee in a coffee shop or similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to produce a range of latte art designs consistently.
• Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and coffee preparation techniques.
• Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Friendly communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.
