What You’ll Be Doing

• Crafting high-quality espresso-based drinks with consistency and care
• Creating beautiful latte art designs ranging from hearts and tulips to more advanced free-pour patterns
• Engaging warmly with customers and adding personality to every cup served
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
• Working closely with the barista team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitoring milk texture, espresso extraction, and presentation standards

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista or in a specialty coffee environment
• Strong latte art skills with a visible portfolio or demonstrated ability
• Good understanding of espresso extraction and milk steaming techniques
• Friendly, confident communication style with customers and teammates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Passion for coffee culture and continuous improvement in craft skills
