If you love coffee, detail, and expressing artistry through milk and espresso, this role is made for you. Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks consistently and efficiently
• Create detailed and visually appealing latte art for every cup served
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station throughout shifts
• Engage politely with customers and respond to drink preferences or custom requests
• Monitor coffee ingredients, milk quality, and daily stock usage
• Support general café operations during peak hours when needed
• Ensure equipment like espresso machines and steam wands are properly handled and cleaned

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in espresso preparation and milk texturing
• Proven ability to create consistent latte art patterns (e.g., hearts, rosettas, tulips)
• Good understanding of coffee beans, grind size, and extraction basics
• Calm and focused under busy café conditions
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Friendly attitude and good communication with customers and team members
• Passion for coffee culture and continuous skill improvement
