WE ARE HIRING – KITCHEN HELPER

We are  looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our Indian restaurant kitchen team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables, meat, and other ingredients
• Support preparation of Indian dishes (gravies, rice, breads, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, workstations, and storage areas
• Wash utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with stock arrangement and basic inventory tasks
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor

Skills

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Indian restaurant kitchen is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Indian cooking ingredients and kitchen practices preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to follow hygiene and safety rules
