You’ll ensure that all our IT systems, networks, and devices run smoothly so that our staff and guests have the best experience possible. Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently and professionally.

  • Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups are up to date.

  • Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, assets, and incidents.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality sector, is a plus.
