Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on, solution-driven IT Support Officer to keep our hotel’s technology running smoothly. From front office systems to back-of-house networks, you’ll be the go-to person who makes sure our team can work efficiently and our guests enjoy a seamless digital experience. If you love solving problems and staying one step ahead of technical issues, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network systems

  • Troubleshoot issues affecting POS, PMS, Wi-Fi, printers, and other hotel technologies

  • Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripheral equipment

  • Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups

  • Support staff with basic IT training and guidance

  • Liaise with external vendors when specialized repairs or upgrades are needed

  • Keep accurate records of issues, fixes, and maintenance schedules

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role

  • Good understanding of networking, operating systems, and common business applications

  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and provide practical solutions

  • Strong communication skills and a helpful, service-oriented attitude

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm under pressure
