IT Support Officer
Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Officer to join our hotel team. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our IT systems running smoothly, ensuring both staff and guests enjoy seamless technology experiences. Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hotel staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Maintain and monitor computer systems, servers, and hotel management software.

Assist with the installation and configuration of new IT equipment.

Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and up to date.

Train staff on basic IT procedures and software usage.

Collaborate with external vendors for maintenance or advanced technical issues.
Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Experience with IT troubleshooting and support, preferably in a hospitality or customer-focused environment.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
