IT Support Officer

Are you tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and passionate about keeping systems running smoothly? We are looking for a skilled IT Support Officer to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will provide technical support, maintain hardware and software systems, and ensure seamless operation of technology used across the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to restaurant staff and management
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
• Troubleshoot network, POS, printer, and system issues
• Monitor system performance and security
• Perform regular backups and updates
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and records
• Assist with the setup of new devices and user accounts
• Ensure minimal downtime through prompt issue resolution

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Previous experience in IT support or a similar role
• Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
