IT Support Officer
Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable and tech-savvy IT Support Officer to keep our hotel’s systems running smoothly. From front desk software to Wi-Fi and staff devices, you’ll be the go-to person when technology needs attention. If you enjoy solving problems and supporting people in a fast-paced hospitality environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support for hotel staff and departments

Maintain and troubleshoot computers, POS systems, printers, and network devices
-
Monitor and support hotel Wi-Fi and internet connectivity

Assist with installation, updates, and backups of hotel software and systems
-
Respond promptly to IT issues and minimize system downtime

Keep records of IT issues, fixes, and equipment inventory
-
Liaise with external vendors when necessary
Qualifications
-
Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role
-
Good working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and basic networking

Familiarity with hotel or hospitality systems is an added advantage

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users

Good organizational skills and attention to detail
