A busy hotel is looking for a dependable IT Support Officer who enjoys solving problems and keeping technology running smoothly. Responsibilities

Provide day to day technical support to hotel staff

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and network devices

Monitor and maintain hotel software systems and internet connectivity

Assist staff with system access, passwords, and technical issues

Support POS systems, office applications, and internal hotel systems

Perform routine system checks and basic network maintenance

Document technical issues and resolutions

Coordinate with external vendors when advanced support is required
Qualifications

Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking basics

Experience troubleshooting IT issues in a professional environment

Familiarity with operating systems, office software, and network setups

Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and friendly way

Strong problem solving and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues
