Inventory Controller

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Controller to manage stock flow, track supplies, and ensure our coffee shop never runs out of the essentials that keep customers coming back for more. If you enjoy structure, numbers, and staying one step ahead of demand, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and other supplies
• Record stock intake and usage accurately
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Identify low-stock items and coordinate timely reorders
• Work closely with procurement and kitchen/barista teams
• Maintain proper storage standards and reduce wastage
• Prepare simple inventory reports for management review
• Support cost control efforts by tracking usage trends

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory management, stock control, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory tracking systems or spreadsheets
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and honesty in handling stock records
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
