Inventory Controller

Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-focused and reliable Inventory Controller to join our hotel team. If you enjoy keeping things organized, tracking stock, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across all hotel departments
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and supplies
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory systems
• Coordinate with purchasing and department heads on stock needs
• Ensure proper storage and handling of items
• Prepare inventory reports for management review

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inventory, stores, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and stay accountable
• Honest, dependable, and proactive attitude
