HR Officer

Job Description

We’re looking for an approachable and detail oriented HR Officer to join our hotel team. In this role, you’ll support both staff and management, helping create a positive, professional workplace where people feel valued and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
• Support employee relations and handle HR queries
• Assist with performance reviews and training coordination
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience, preferably in hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and problem solving abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in basic HR systems and Microsoft Office
