Join our hotel team as a Housekeeping Supervisor and help maintain the exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and presentation our guests expect. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive professional who can lead a housekeeping team, uphold high service standards, and ensure all guest rooms and public areas remain spotless and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Assign tasks, prepare work schedules, and monitor staff productivity.
• Train, coach, and support housekeeping employees.
• Ensure housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities are adequately stocked.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the hotel.
• Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with inventory control and ordering of cleaning materials and supplies.
• Prepare housekeeping reports and communicate operational updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety regulations.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and scheduling.
