Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to help keep our hotel running beautifully behind the scenes. If you enjoy leading a team, maintaining high standards, and creating a welcoming environment for guests, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and consistency
• Assign tasks and manage team schedules effectively
• Train new team members and coach for continuous improvement
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, with some supervisory exposure
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate clearly with a team
• Good time management and problem-solving abilities
