Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hotel team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards, enjoys leading a team, and understands the importance of creating a welcoming environment for guests.

You will play a key role in ensuring guest rooms and public areas are consistently maintained to the highest level of comfort and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas
• Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor performance throughout shifts
• Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
• Train, support, and motivate housekeeping attendants
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report inventory needs
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints
• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
• Good leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with staff and guests
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Basic understanding of inventory control and housekeeping procedures
