Our hotel is committed to providing guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout their stay. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort across guest rooms and assigned hotel areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas to established standards.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other room supplies as required.
• Replenish toiletries and guest amenities promptly.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and missing items.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, or lost property to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow proper cleaning, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Respect guest privacy and handle personal belongings with care.
• Complete assigned housekeeping duties efficiently and within scheduled timeframes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time-management and organisational skills.
• Professional, courteous, and respectful attitude toward guests and colleagues.
