Our hotel is committed to providing guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout their stay. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and assigned hotel areas while ensuring every space is prepared to meet guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and arrange guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned hotel areas.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other room supplies according to hotel standards.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces thoroughly.
• Inspect rooms to ensure they are clean, organised, and properly stocked.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost property promptly.
• Replenish toiletries and guest amenities when required.
• Handle cleaning equipment and products safely and responsibly.
• Follow hotel procedures for hygiene, safety, and room preparation.
• Respond courteously to reasonable guest requests related to housekeeping.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guests’ privacy at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a housekeeper, room attendant, cleaner, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Good understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform routine cleaning duties.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
