A well-established hotel is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas while delivering excellent service. Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, and replenish guest amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies in an organized manner.
• Assist with laundry duties when required.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
