Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to a high standard
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly
• Ensure cleaning supplies are used safely and efficiently
• Respond politely to guest requests when needed
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and hotel hygiene standards

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in cleaning
• Good time management and ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Basic communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
