Role Overview

A premium boutique hotel environment in Lebanon is seeking a highly organized Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house and guest experience functions. This role demands a strong operational mindset, exceptional guest relations skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk, concierge, and guest services operations
• Maintain high standards in guest satisfaction and service delivery
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
• Handle escalations, VIP guest arrangements, and special requests
• Monitor occupancy rates, reservations, and service efficiency metrics

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality supervision
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS software)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
