Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and organized Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee operational activities, support departmental teams, and ensure the hotel consistently maintains high standards across guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and front office operations. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate activities between front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and support ongoing development.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift coordination, and operational planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply requirements with relevant departments.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate performance updates to management.
• Support the implementation of service improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience supervising hotel operations or managing multiple hotel departments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality service standards.
