Hotel Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and ensure every department delivers outstanding service. This role is ideal for a confident leader who can coordinate teams, maintain operational standards, and create a welcoming environment for guests while supporting continuous improvement across the property.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Coordinate activities between the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
• Support department supervisors in achieving performance and service goals.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain quality standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to management.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply requirements with relevant departments.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive workplace culture focused on exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel operations, front office, housekeeping, or a supervisory role within a hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel operational procedures and guest service standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems is an advantage.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence.
