Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Coordinate activities between front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor service quality and ensure guests receive prompt and professional assistance.
• Support department supervisors in achieving operational goals and maintaining service standards.
• Handle guest concerns, resolve issues effectively, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and operational facilities.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain adequate supplies.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate daily updates to management.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and operational challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvements that enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel operations, front office, housekeeping, or a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and make sound operational decisions.
• Good understanding of hotel operational procedures and guest service standards.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
