Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the hotel to achieve business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and support department heads and team members.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare budgets, manage expenses, and oversee financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate employees across departments.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor maintenance, housekeeping, food and beverage, and front office performance.
• Analyze operational reports and implement continuous improvements.
• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Several years of progressive management experience in a hotel leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest relations, and quality standards.
• Experience with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
