A well-established hotel is looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, elevate guest experience, and drive overall business performance. This role requires a confident leader who can balance operational excellence with a strong people-focused approach, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. You will oversee all departments, from front office to housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, while ensuring standards are consistently met and improved. The ideal candidate is hands-on, calm under pressure, and capable of inspiring teams to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction are consistently maintained
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control initiatives
• Recruit, train, and supervise departmental heads and staff
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Implement hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
• Monitor occupancy levels and support revenue growth strategies
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management or senior hospitality leadership role
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service excellence
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Financial management and budgeting experience
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in hotel management systems is an advantage
• Hospitality certification or related training is a plus
