We are looking for a friendly, well-presented Hostess to be the face of our coffee shop, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they walk in. You will help create a smooth and inviting customer experience, manage guest flow, and support the team in maintaining a calm and organized front-of-house environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional greeting
• Manage seating arrangements and ensure efficient table turnover
• Assist customers with inquiries about menu items and specials
• Coordinate with baristas and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Keep the reception and waiting area neat and presentable
• Handle basic reservations or waitlist coordination where applicable
• Support in creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for guests

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, confident, and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy hours
• Friendly attitude with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction
• Basic multitasking skills and attention to detail
