Job Description

We’re looking for a warm, friendly, and well-presented Hostess to be the welcoming face of our coffee shop. If you enjoy meeting people, creating a pleasant first impression, and keeping things running smoothly at the front of house, this role could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting customers with a genuine smile and positive energy
• Managing seating arrangements and guiding guests to available tables
• Handling walk-ins, reservations, and waitlists in an organized way
• Supporting smooth customer flow during busy hours
• Assisting with basic customer inquiries about menu items or services
• Coordinating with baristas and service staff to ensure great customer experience
• Keeping the entrance and reception area neat and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and approachable personality with strong communication skills
• Good customer service attitude and patience under pressure
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Well-groomed appearance and professional conduct
• Basic teamwork and coordination skills
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage, but not required
