Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and leading a team in a lively café environment? We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Head Waiter to oversee our service team and ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team during shifts.

• Greet and serve guests, ensuring high standards of service at all times.

• Train, mentor, and motivate junior waitstaff.

• Manage reservations, table assignments, and guest requests efficiently.

• Collaborate with management to improve service and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the café.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a waiter, senior waiter, or in a similar hospitality role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
