In a busy, welcoming café where great coffee meets even better conversations, we are looking for a confident and service-driven Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating smooth service experiences, keeping a team organized, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support wait staff during daily operations
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained
• Handle guest complaints or special requests in a calm and professional manner
• Coordinate table service flow to avoid delays and confusion
• Train new waiters and guide the team on service etiquette
• Monitor cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
• Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a waiter or supervisory role in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay composed during busy service hours
• Good understanding of customer service principles
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
