Head Bartender

Job Description

Do you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy leading a team while creating exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for an experienced Head Bartender to oversee daily bar operations and ensure the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor bartenders and bar staff.
• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and consistently.
• Develop cocktail menus and recommend new drink offerings.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area.
• Train new employees on service standards and beverage preparation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy environment.
• Experience with inventory control and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant hospitality or beverage service certifications are an advantage.
