Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service during busy hours
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, coffees, and specialty drinks
• Supervise, train, and support bar staff to maintain consistency and efficiency
• Manage stock levels, inventory checks, and timely restocking of supplies
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper bar setup at all times
• Create new drink ideas and seasonal specials to keep the menu fresh and exciting
• Ensure compliance with safety and service standards
• Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints professionally

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation techniques, recipes, and presentation
• Good understanding of inventory management and stock control
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency
