Job Description

We’re looking for a warm, attentive Guest Service Agent to join our hotel team. If you enjoy meeting new people, solving problems on the spot, and creating smooth, memorable guest experiences, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll be one of the first friendly faces guests encounter, setting the tone for their entire stay.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional approach
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
  • Manage reservations and update guest information accurately
  • Resolve concerns with patience and care
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, calm, and solution-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
