Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Guest Service Agent to join our hotel team. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests, helping create a welcoming and memorable experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly during check in and check out

  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries

  • Provide helpful information about hotel services and amenities

  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing details

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, patient, and professional attitude

  • Comfortable using hotel booking or front office systems

  • Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment

  • Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
