Job Description

A welcoming hotel environment starts at the front desk, and we are looking for a friendly Guest Service Agent who enjoys helping people and creating positive first impressions. If you are organized, approachable, and love working in a fast paced hospitality setting, this could be a great role for you. You will assist guests throughout their stay and help ensure every visit feels smooth, comfortable, and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly during check in and check out
• Respond to guest questions and provide helpful information about hotel services
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and basic billing tasks
• Address guest concerns professionally and find quick solutions
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect excellent hospitality standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers and reservation systems
• Ability to remain calm and helpful when handling guest concerns
• Team oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues when needed
