Job Description

Do you enjoy helping people feel welcome the moment they arrive? We are looking for a polished and attentive Guest Service Agent who understands that great hospitality is all about the details. In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets guests, assists with their needs, and ensures every stay begins and ends on a positive note.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly during check in and check out
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
• Provide helpful information about hotel services and amenities
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, or special requests promptly
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth service
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
• Deliver a professional and memorable guest experience at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, friendly attitude when assisting guests
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using hotel booking or computer systems
• Professional appearance and positive work ethic
