Guest Relations Officer

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first impression.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and maintenance teams to fulfill guest needs.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, special occasions, and personalized guest services.
• Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and service requests.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Follow up with guests to ensure concerns have been fully resolved.
• Support front desk operations during busy periods when required.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, service standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest relations, front office, customer service, or a similar hotel role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Professional appearance and a courteous, positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using hotel management or reservation systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
