We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused Garde Manger to join a dynamic restaurant kitchen. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys crafting fresh, visually appealing cold dishes while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present cold dishes including salads, starters, dressings, and cold platters
• Maintain freshness and quality of all ingredients used in cold kitchen sections
• Support food preparation for service periods in a timely and organized manner
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of all chilled items
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cold kitchen area
• Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a professional kitchen, especially cold kitchen operations
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours
• Good eye for presentation and attention to detail
