Are you passionate about creating perfectly crispy, golden fries and delicious fried dishes? Our restaurant is looking for a dedicated Friturier to join our kitchen team. You’ll be the master of the fryer, ensuring every dish meets our high-quality standards while keeping the kitchen running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook fried foods to perfection
• Monitor fryer temperatures and cooking times
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around fry stations
• Assist the kitchen team during busy service periods
• Ensure portion control and food presentation standards are met

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Team player with a positive attitude
