You’ll be an essential part of the kitchen team, keeping standards high and plates consistently impressive.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook fried menu items to consistent quality standards
  • Monitor oil quality, temperature, and fryer cleanliness
  • Ensure food is cooked safely and presented attractively
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service flow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation
  • Assist with prep work and stock rotation as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar kitchen or fry station role
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
