Our restaurant is looking for a confident and people-focused Food & Beverage Service Supervisor to join the team. Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant service staff and coordinate daily shifts.
• Assign duties and ensure the team is ready for service.
• Monitor food and beverage service standards.
• Welcome guests and respond professionally to questions or concerns.
• Support staff during busy periods and step in where needed.
• Check tables, service areas, and equipment throughout each shift.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Train and coach team members on service procedures and standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in restaurant or food and beverage service.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service procedures and guest relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
