Floral & Décor Attendant

Job Description

Bring creativity, freshness, and a great eye for detail to our hotel as a Floral & Décor Attendant. We are looking for someone who enjoys transforming spaces with beautiful floral arrangements and thoughtful décor touches that make guests feel welcome and special.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange fresh, artificial, and seasonal flowers for hotel spaces and events.
• Maintain floral displays, decorative features, and centrepieces to a high standard.
• Assist with decorating rooms, restaurants, lounges, and event areas.
• Keep floral and décor supplies clean, organised, and properly stored.
• Replace damaged, wilted, or outdated arrangements promptly.
• Support the team with special occasions, celebrations, weddings, and other hotel events.
• Work with other departments to ensure décor requirements are completed on schedule.
• Handle flowers, tools, and decorative materials carefully and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in floral design, décor, events, or a similar creative role is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of flower care, arrangement techniques, and decorative styling.
• A creative eye with strong attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to move décor items and stand for extended periods when required.
• Friendly, dependable, and willing to learn new techniques.
• A certificate or training in floristry, interior decoration, event styling, or a related field is a plus.
