Job Description

A well-appointed hotel is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Floral & Décor Attendant to help maintain beautiful indoor spaces and enhance the guest experience through elegant floral arrangements and decorative displays. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design, organization, and presentation who enjoys working in a dynamic hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and arrange fresh floral displays for guest areas, reception, restaurants, and event spaces.
• Maintain the freshness and appearance of flowers, plants, and decorative pieces.
• Replace wilted flowers and refresh arrangements as needed.
• Prepare floral decorations for weddings, conferences, and special events.
• Ensure decorative displays are clean, attractive, and properly positioned.
• Assist with seasonal decorations and festive installations.
• Monitor floral inventory and report supply requirements.
• Handle flowers and décor materials carefully to minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized floral preparation area.
• Follow hotel standards for presentation, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in floral design, interior décor, event styling, or a similar role within a hotel, event venue, or florist is preferred.
• Knowledge of flower care, arrangement techniques, and decorative styling.
• Creative eye for color, balance, and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move floral supplies, plants, and decorative items when required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn new floral trends and decoration techniques.
